The Rockee Redd Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by Rockee Redd LLC ("Rockee Redd", "we", "us") through the GoAff Pro platform. By submitting an application, or by using any affiliate link, discount code or dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Participation is at the sole discretion of Rockee Redd LLC. We may accept or decline any application, and may suspend or remove any affiliate at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Being accepted does not guarantee continued participation.

TikTok Shop is a separate program governed by TikTok's own creator agreement, which you accept directly with TikTok. These terms cover the GoAff Pro link and code program only.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information in your application and keep it updated.
• You must be able to receive payments by PayPal.
• One affiliate account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances forfeited.
• Your channels must comply with the terms of the platforms you post on and must not contain content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise inconsistent with our brand.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Rockee Redd. You have no authority to bind us or make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance and expenses. Nothing in the Program creates an exclusive relationship, and you are free to promote other brands.

• Commission is 15% of net sales on qualifying orders. Net sales exclude shipping, taxes, discounts and any refunded amounts.
• A qualifying order is a retail order placed on rockeeredd.com that is tracked to your link within the attribution window or placed with your discount code, and that is not cancelled, refunded, charged back or flagged as fraudulent.
• Commission is approved once the order clears our return window. Commission on orders that are later refunded, cancelled or found to be fraudulent is reversed, including after approval.
• Orders you place yourself, orders placed by members of your household, wholesale orders, subscription renewals not attributed to you, and orders placed using a code obtained through a prohibited channel do not earn commission.
• We may change the commission rate, the attribution window or which products qualify. Changes apply to orders placed after we post or send notice of the change.

• Link attribution uses a 15 day, last-click cookie. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link, the last click before purchase earns the commission.
• Orders placed with your discount code are attributed to you regardless of the cookie.
• GoAff Pro's records are the record of tracked sales. We cannot credit orders that were not tracked, and we do not credit orders retroactively.
• Our decision on any attribution dispute is final.

• Approved commission is paid by PayPal on a monthly schedule.
• A minimum approved balance of $5 is required to trigger a payout. Balances below the minimum roll into the next cycle.
• You are responsible for keeping your PayPal details current in your dashboard. We are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect or outdated address you provided.
• We may hold or withhold payment while an order, an account or suspected breach of these terms is under review.
• Balances in an account with no activity for twelve months may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for reporting your own affiliate income. If your commission reaches the applicable IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, we will request a W-9 and issue a 1099. We do not provide tax advice.

The following will result in forfeiture of commission and removal from the Program:

• Bidding on our brand name, product names or misspellings of them in paid search or paid social.
• Posting or distributing our discount codes on coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty or forum sites.
• Buying traffic, engagement, followers, clicks or reviews.
• Unsolicited email, SMS or direct message campaigns.
• Registering domains, handles, usernames or pages that contain our brand or product names.
• Representing yourself as Rockee Redd, as an employee of Rockee Redd, or as an official account.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, redirects, pop-unders or any other method that sets attribution without a genuine click.
• Placing orders through your own link to earn commission, or coordinating with others to do so.

• Every post that includes your link or code must clearly and conspicuously disclose the relationship in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides. Use #ad or #partner in the caption itself and the platform's paid partnership tool where one exists.
• You may not state or imply that any Rockee Redd product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease, condition or symptom, or make any claim about safety in pregnancy, for infants or for any medical circumstance. Our products are cosmetics and dietary items, not drugs.
• You may only describe results you have personally experienced. Before and after content is welcome but must be genuine and unedited: no filters, retouching, altered lighting or staged results.
• You must follow the rules of each platform you post on, including its rules on wellness content and misleading demonstrations.
• We may ask you to edit or remove any content that references us, and you agree to do so promptly.

For as long as you are in the Program, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Rockee Redd name, logo, product names and any assets we provide solely to promote our products under these terms. You may not alter our logo, use our brand in a way that suggests endorsement of anything other than our products, or use it after your participation ends. All rights not expressly granted remain with Rockee Redd LLC.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Rockee Redd LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, share, repost, adapt and use content that features our products, including your name, handle and likeness as they appear in it, on our website, social channels, emails and paid advertising, with credit where practical. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything in your content, including music, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Non-public information you receive through the Program, including commission structures, unreleased products, campaign plans, sales figures and the contents of the creator hub, is confidential. You may not share it outside the Program during or after your participation.

We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, sales or approval of any order. The Program, the GoAff Pro platform and our website are provided as is. We may pause, change or end the Program at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockee Redd LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the Program, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission properly earned and unpaid at the time of the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockee Redd LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your promotion methods or your breach of these terms.

• Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, by written notice, including email.
• Commission properly earned before termination is paid on the normal schedule, after it clears the return window.
• Commission arising from a breach of these terms is forfeited.
• On termination, your license to use our brand ends immediately and you must remove our links, codes and assets from your channels within seven days. Content posted in good faith before termination may stay up with its disclosure intact.
• Clauses that by their nature should survive, including confidentiality, your content license, liability and indemnity, survive termination.

Rockee Redd LLC may update these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the date at the top, and may also notify you by email or through your dashboard. Continuing to participate in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to a change, your only remedy is to stop participating.

Participation in the Program, and continued participation, remains at the sole discretion of Rockee Redd LLC at all times.

• These terms, together with the GoAff Pro platform terms, are the entire agreement between you and Rockee Redd LLC regarding the Program and replace any earlier discussions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Rockee Redd LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• You may not assign or transfer your participation or any right under these terms.
• Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
