Take 1/3-1 dropper full DAILY or as needed. Take underneath the tongue to allow this tincture to enter blood stream as quickly as possible.
WHEN DO YOU TAKE IT??
It depends on the person! We recommend this: The first time you take Clarity take it around 3pm. If you notice that you feel extra calm or kinda drowsy take it before bed. If you notice that you feel energized, productive, clear minded or hyper, take it in the morning!
Both Valerian and Skullcap MAY cause drowsiness in some individuals. Talk to your health practitioner if you are on any Liver or Depression medication.
CAUTION IF PREGNANT OR NURSING: Always check with your practitioner before trying any herbal supplement.
Not recommended for children under the age of 5.
We recommend starting at a low dose of just a few drops and work you way up to a full dose (1/3 dropper)
If taken daily, many find that their PMS symptoms lighten and even vanish!
Not recommended for children who have not gone through puberty. Though it will NOT harm them, it would just be a waste of tincture.

I cannot speak highly enough of this product! Not only have I seen an improvement in my ADHD/distractability and general brain fog. But this tincture zens me out like no other! I'm sleeping deeper and quicker and night. Having narcolepsy with poor sleep structure its dearly needed.

I purchased this product for my mood and depressive episodes which happen quite frequently. I have used it about 3 or 4 times and I am shocked by how much it has helped my mood. Within 15-20 mins of taking it I instantly feel my mind ease and what i like to call "the fog" lift. I can think clearer, I am more energetic, more talkative at work (which is saying a lot for an introvert with social anxiety), more productive and just over all have more clarity throughout the day. I got it wanting the help focusing and staying on track. When I got it and read the instructions about it possibly making you drowsy I started it taking it at night. Now about two weeks later the results are better than I thought possible as well as different than I thought the case would be…For the last couple years I’ve had trouble sleeping with my mind just going on and on. Anxiety has been getting to me lately, so bad that I couldn’t even breath normally. I had few drops of Clarity under my tongue and guess what….. IT WORKS INSTANTLY!!!
