DIRECTIONS: Pour entire contents of pouch into 8oz of your own local honey. Stir herbs into the honey until the herbs are completely covered. Allow the honey to sit for a MINIMUM of 2 weeks in a dark cupboard. Honey will be good for up to 8-12 months. When ready to consume, take a clean dry spoon, stir herbs and scoop out a small spoonful of honey and consume directly OR put in a mesh tea strainer and pour hot water, milk, coffee etc over the honey, letting herbs steep for 5 minutes. You may also add this to any tea or take alone with warm water and lemon. Discard herbs into house plants, compost or trash.
**Do not consume your honey for 2 weeks after the herbs have been stirred in as they need time to infuse. Infusions are best after 1 month.

I can not live without this stuff. This helps my gut so much and helps relieve my stomach if it's upset from eating something icky. I swear this saved me from some bad broccoli I ate out once at a restaurant. It helps me not have constipation either which I used to suffer from pretty severly. I use every morning in my coffee or matcha. It's a must have for me.

I absolutely love the Happy Guts honey - I buy 2 sachets and make a double batch so it last a little longer. I put a spoonful in my coffee every morning and it definitely helps keep my insides happy!
