Vaginal steaming is an ancient practice that is thought to be beneficial in cleansing the vagina and uterus, regulating the menstrual cycle, easing the pain of period cramps and bloating, and aiding in healing and soothing after childbirth. The regular practice of Yoni steaming can help strengthen your pelvic floor, minimizing incontinence. It can help ease the pain and discomfort if hemorrhoids by promoting circulation and minimizing the inflammation that comes with those. The practice can also be very meditative.
PLEASE NOTE: Yoni Steaming may temporarily increase menstrual flow containing darker fluids or debris, menses may start earlier than usual due to the cleansing effect. Do not steam if you are on your period, using IUD, or pregnant
