Suggested Use: Consume direct or stir 1 Tbsp of honey into any warm beverage of your choice until dissolved before drinking 30 mins before bedtime
It is not recommended to consume Sleepy Time if you are on antidepressant medication. Valerian Root may have the opposite effect as a reaction to those types meds and keep you up rather than promoting sleep
